What am I up to now? (November 2019)
¡Hola, People! I am having lots of fun with balloons… but most importantly, it is November 2019, the month where The Happy Choir journey begins. It is refreshing to be able to share this website with you, as we will explore together what it means to be happy. So, here is what I am doing right now:
1.- Writing lots of Blog posts, podcasts episodes, videos, and projects.
As I launch this new website, I am also spending lots of time creating the content to share with you. Some things, like the videos, will take more time.
2. Gathering courage to go back and write awesome music for some upcoming commissions
Four friends have approached me to commission new works for next year and I couldn’t be more grateful! After a big break from writing, I am finding my way back to it. Go slow when you can so you can go fast when you must (Not sure who said it first, but I heard it first by Aubrey Bergauer and I am now a believer).
3. Tweaking this website and reading a lot about social media, entrepreneurship, and business.
Got to get on the social media train!
4. Recording Music and Helping other composers connect with choirs
As you can read here, I record pieces for other composers! I love doing this because they get to share their pieces with the world. I am also working on The Happy Composer Commission Project 2019, connecting composers with choirs while helping them creating new pieces.
